1. Service Description

GovConToday ("the Service") is operated by WatneySoft ("we", "us", "our"). The Service provides a contract intelligence dashboard for searching, analyzing, and tracking government contract opportunities sourced from SAM.gov, matched to your business profile and preferences.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

3. Billing and Refunds

GovConToday offers a 14-day free trial followed by a Pro subscription at $19/mo, billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page. All payments are processed through Stripe.

  • Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@govcontoday.com within 7 days of a charge for a refund request.

4. Free Pro Trial

New accounts automatically receive a 14-day Pro trial at no cost and with no credit card required. The trial includes full access to all Pro features, including unlimited NAICS codes, AI bid analysis, weekly intelligence briefings, and set-aside filtering.

At the end of the 14-day trial period, access to the dashboard is restricted until you subscribe to Pro. No charges are incurred unless you explicitly subscribe. You may subscribe at any time during or after the trial.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to generate bid analysis scores, opportunity summaries, match explanations, and weekly intelligence briefings. This AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or procurement advice.

AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify all information and consult qualified professionals before making bid/no-bid decisions or submitting proposals based on AI-generated content from the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Resell, redistribute, or republish dashboard content in bulk.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal dashboard usage.

7. Data and Accuracy

Contract opportunity data is sourced from SAM.gov and other government databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that opportunity information is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify opportunity details directly on SAM.gov before making bid/no-bid decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, match-scoring algorithms, and AI analysis tools, is the property of WatneySoft. Government contract data sourced from SAM.gov is in the public domain.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your profile data and preferences will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. WatneySoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed contract opportunities, lost revenue, or bid decisions made based on our data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
